This Upland Wedding was so much fun to photograph, especially since it was held down the street from my home but also Brittany and Antonio were so so sweet and their families were great to work with.

I was introduced to this couple from Henry, the owner of Spaggi’s Restaurant in Upland. Not only is his restaurant one of my favorites to dine at, but his catering is over the top amazing. The staff is wonderful to work with and their food is fresh and lovely.
Spaggi’s let the bride’s family know about me and my photography business and we all worked together like a well oiled machine.

It also turned out the Brittany, the bride, went to school with my daughter so I knew a bunch of people at the wedding. It was really neat to be a part of this very special occasion.

Brittany and Antonio met in High School. Brittany was shy but Antonio’s charm caught her eye. They would spend many afternoons and evenings sitting and talking at their favorite Upland park, and soon they had a special tree that they shared so many wonderful memories on. You can see the tree in the photos below.

After High School they continued their long distance relationship while they both attended college on separate sides of the country. They knew they were meant for each other so they decided it was time to get married and start their life together.

The ceremony was held in Brittany’s home church, Upland First United Methodist. This church is beautiful inside and out. after the ceremony, they held a sweet little reception in the courtyard of the church and then the guests drove up to Brittany’s Upland home where she grew up. The backyard was so quaint and it was the perfect location to celebrate this sweet couple. Spaggi’s Catering put on a lovley meal. The reception also included a cupcake display, beautiful sunflowers center pieces and the couple made little cookie boxes for her guest to take home.

I wish Brittany and Antonio tons of love and happiness and I look forward to hearing about their lives and marriage.

Here are some of my favorites pictures from the wedding day. Enjoy and leave some blog love.

I would also like to give credit to Jeannette from Elegant Designs Specialty Linens- she always does such a lovely job.
Jay, from the DJay company played some awesome music and kept the party going all night long.
